Shipping Information

At Paper Haven Goods, we take pride in creating each item with care, and that means no rushed batches or conveyor belts here. All our baked goods are made to order, using traditional methods and small-batch love—just the way Mama taught us. Because of this, we follow a weekly shipping schedule to ensure every rusk and treat arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Our Weekly Shipping Schedule:

  • Orders are baked fresh and shipped every Wednesday.
  • Deliveries are made on Fridays via courier.

Order Cut-Off Times:

  • Orders placed by Saturday (11:59 PM) will be included in the next Wednesday’s shipment.
  • Orders placed on or after Sunday will be rolled over to the following week’s Wednesday shipping date.

This schedule helps us ensure your order is made from scratch, packed with care, and delivered with freshness and quality in mind.

Delivery Details:

  • We currently ship within South Africa.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel on delivery day (Friday).
